SO-AN (AIDS TO NAVIGATION) Responsible for activities dealing with navigation aids, verification of Aids to Navigation, reporting of discrepancies in aids to navigation, chart discrepancies and chart updating information. John F Sigler
SO-AV (AVIATION) Coordinates the Air Programs (vacant)
SO-CC (CAREER COUNSELOR) Supervise the Academy Introductory Mission Program (Project AIM) and Recruitment Assistance Program (RAP). This includes making visits to high schools in the area for which the flotilla has responsibility, with the goal of informing as many qualified students as possible about the Coast Guard, the Coast Guard Academy, and the Coast Guard AIM Program. SO-CM (COMMUNICATIONS) Encourage use of VHF-FM radio and promote participation in communication drills, including training exercises in search and rescue communications for vessels and aircraft. Work with units toward providing qualified Auxiliarists for standing communications watches. Jack E Lowther
SO-CS (COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES) Create and maintain websites for the benefit of auxiliary members and aide to the public; facilitate the information relay process between auxiliary members; relay vital information to auxiliary members; monitor auxiliary websites and other boating safety related sites for postings of interest to pass on to unit members. SO-FN (FINANCE) Supervise all financial matters; maintain complete and understandable records of all financial transactions; maintain an annual budget; ensure that an annual unit audit is performed. Marlin H Luhrsen
SO-IS (INFORMATION SYSTEMS) Maintain a system to record all member activity in each mission category (i.e., Operations, Public Education, Member Training, AIM Project, etc.) and supervise reporting to higher Auxiliary levels and the individual member. Wlliam R Slusser

SO-MA (MATERIALS) Maintain an inventory of current Auxiliary forms & literature, assist units and members in ordering educational materials, uniforms items, etc. Tommy W Tyler
SO-MS (MARINE SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION) Make courtesy calls on area marine retailers who deal with boaters to provide available materials and information. Richard W Kaps
SO-MT (MEMBER TRAINING) Encourage a continuous program of training activities to provide members a higher level of knowledge in subjects relating to Auxiliary programs & qualifications. Eleanor L Slusser

SO-PS (PERSONNEL SERVICES) Promote the growth of Auxiliary units by assisting them to obtain new members; developing programs and activities to retain current members. Debra R Beaudry
SO-SR (SECRETARY/RECORDS) Record and publish minutes of meetings; maintain mailing lists, rosters, and current copy of standing rules. Rhonda M Farlin
SO-VE (VESSEL EXAMINATION) Oversee and coordinate the Boating Safety Equipment Examination program and the Marine Dealer Visitor program to help educate the boating public about required safety equipment. If directed, schedule specific vessel examination stations and activities.
